The Frobisher Crescent project was a development by United House and was for the refurbishment for part of the famous Barbican Centre building.
The works consisted of the redevelopment of 160 new flats on the top three floors of this unique half rounded building. The properties were built to a high spec which was fitting to a building of this type. There was a new booster set located on the ground floor which provided water to the development. A central boiler house was fitted on the top floor of the which provided heating and hot water to the new properties. The project contract was for £1.8 million and was completed in 2010. |
